Joy is the Realization of the Truth of Our Oneness

These words from Rabindranath Tagore have long captured the essence of what Joy means to me.  It can be beneficial to consider that REALIZATION is not a one-off event that has either happened in the past, or might one day happen in the future.  REALIZATION might be understood as a continuous blossoming and unfolding- it's happening right now.
